Thank you for considering Big Ditch Brewing Company as the venue for your wedding celebration! We feel truly honored when a couple selects us to be a part of their special day. We understand that planning such an important event involves a lot of details, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. We’re committed to helping you create a one-of-a-kind experience that you and your guests will remember forever. Our Tap Room, located in downtown Buffalo, NY, specializes in hosting private events in a beautiful and spacious setting perfectly suited for your big day.
CAPACITY AND AVAILABILITY
ENTIRE TAP ROOM
We offer our entire two-floor Tap Room space for full-day rentals year-round. For a wedding reception, we can accommodate up to 160 guests seated or up to 300 guests for a cocktail-style event. Seating for ceremonies in the Tap Room are customized to your requirements; our private events team can provide more information about ceremony seating. When you reserve the entire Tap Room for your wedding, you are reserved ample time both for the wedding and any additional time needed for set up and decoration.
THE BEER HALL
The Beer Hall, our large private room on the first floor of the Tap Room, is available year-round for smaller wedding ceremonies and receptions. The Beer Hall can accommodate up to 65 seated or up to 125 for a cocktail-style reception. Beer Hall reservations typically include 5 hours of time plus one hour before and after for set up and breakdown.
RENTAL INFORMATION
The use of our private event spaces does not require a room rental fee. Instead, there are food and beverage minimum purchase requirements for each space. This is the minimum a group must spend on their menu, prior to tax and gratuity, to hold their wedding in one of our spaces. Any food, beverages, or other items purchased through Big Ditch Brewing Company will be applied to this minimum. Should the minimum not be reached during your event, a room fee will be added to the final bill to fulfill the minimum. Events that exceed the standard rental times may require additional fees or increased food & beverage minimums.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Our private events team will work closely with you to create a custom food and beverage package that fits your celebration. We offer a variety of food stations, hand passed appetizers, and buffet dinner options. Please inquire about sample menus and ideas. Menu items are subject to availability and seasonality. Beverages available include our selection of housemade hand-crafted beers, as well as wine, spirits, ciders and seltzers.
WEDDING CAKES & DESSERTS
We work exclusively with Village Bake Shoppe (Lewiston, NY) to provide wedding cakes and desserts. If you use Village Bake Shoppe for your wedding cake, there will not be additional fees beyond the cost of the cake. If you have a bakery that you would prefer to use, you may do so. Any desserts or cakes brought in must be from a commercially licensed bakery and will be subject to a plating fee of $4 per person. At the end of your wedding, cakes or desserts that have not been cut or served to the group may be taken with you.
ENGAGEMENT PARTIES, REHEARSAL DINNERS, WELCOME DINNERS, SHOWERS &
POST-WEDDING BRUNCHES
Aside from the wedding itself, there may be many other events that you may want to host; rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners for out of town guests, showers, post-wedding brunches, and so much more.
