The Erie Canal was built by thousands of hardened workers who toiled away against the earth. We salute the Excavators who built the waterway to the City of Buffalo, one shovel at a time.

Excavator incorporates seven different malts to achieve a rich, yet smooth flavor balance. It is highlighted by judicious amounts of chocolate malt, with a subtle, spicy finish from the use of flaked rye.
