The final obstacle in constructing the Erie Canal was leveling a seven mile section of the canal forty feet deep, by hand, between the Flight of Five locks in Lockport and Lake Erie.
Our Deep Cut Double IPA is brewed by hand to honor those who toiled to overcome this final obstacle, thus completing the canal and the catalyst for making Buffalo one of
the greatest cities in America at the beginning of the twentieth century.
Deep Cut is layered with citrus, tropical punch, and wild berry flavor, with moderate bitterness and a dry finish. Hop lovers will truly appreciate this beer.
