Turkey Trotter is back! This refreshing blonde ale featuring crackery malt flavor and light hoppy fruit flavor is the first beer brewed specifically to celebrate the long standing tradition of the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Turkey Trot. A portion of all proceeds from this beer supports YMCA Buffalo Niagara’s efforts to strengthen the WNY community. 4.7% ABV.

The YMCA Turkey Trot has been a Buffalo tradition since 1896, extending its legacy as the longest consecutively run footrace in the world. Registration for the YMCA Buffalo Turkey Trot is open and available online at www.ymcaturkeytrot.org. The Turkey Trotter beer cans also contain a QR code which can be scanned to register for the Turkey Trot race.

Turkey Trotter is available now at our tap room in 6-packs and draft! We’ve got THREE (3) Beer Releases throughout the week!

• SATURDAY, 9/23 – Beer Week Barleywine 2023

• MONDAY, 9/25 – Deep Aqua Culture West Coast-style IPA, a collab with Pressure Drop Brewing.

• FRIDAY, 9/29 – Deep Cut Double IPA (Produced for the first time in over 2 years!)

Get ready to raise your steins, it’s Oktoberfest week at the tap room!

THE FOOD – All week! We’ve got Oktoberfest inspired food specials all week leading up to Friday’s Oktoberfest beer release!

CHICKEN SCHNITZLE – Deep fried chicken breast served on a toasted pretzel roll topped with pickles, lettuce, red onion, and lemon garlic aioli.

OKTOBERFEAST – Twin grilled Hanzlians bratwurst sausages over a bed of sauerkraut , bacon, and apples served with a side of rye toast and spicy mustard.

JAGERSPAETZLE – Warm German spaetzle dumplings topped with wild mushroom gravy finished with parmesan cheese and green onion.

THE BEER – OKTOBERFEST BAVARIAN STYLE LAGER – Available on draft and 4-packs (16oz cans) Friday!

OKTOBERFEST BAVARIAN STYLE LAGER – This German-style malty lager features notes of toasted bread, fig, and a light touch of honey on the finish, with a fairly light and refreshing body for the style. 6% ABV.

“NO PUNTS INTENDED” American Pilsner is back for the season! And this year in a brand new 12oz can!

Because sometimes the best defense is a good offense. This easy drinking pilsner is brewed with American barley and Cascade hops and meant for crushing during long touchdown drives. 4.7% ABV.

BASICALLY JUICE – Yes, this beer is basically juice. But in reality, there’s nothing basic about it. Brewed with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Nectaron hops, this double IPA sings with complex flavors of pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and peach character, yet somehow remains drinkable despite the 9.0% ABV. Draft and 4 packs of 16oz cans.

SLAYBURNER IS BACK! This time in a new 12oz can!

SLAYBURNER is our classic Hayburner American IPA with blood oranges to enhance the trademark citrus aroma and give it a little tart and just a touch of sweetness. 7.2% ABV. Draft and 6 packs of 12oz cans.

STARK WHITE DAD SHOES – INDIA PALE ALE

Perfect for drinking while mowing the lawn, grilling on the deck, watching golf, backing into parking spaces, or falling asleep on the couch, Stark White Dad Shoes is brewed with New Zealand Riwaka and Australian Galaxy hops. This IPA is best described as a passion fruit bomb. It’s super pungent and intensely fruity with very low bitterness. 6.2% ABV.

6 MILLION ACRES – WEST COAST-STYLE IPA

The allure of a mountain getaway: fresh air, calm lakes, green trees… and a cooler full of beer. One of our favorite places for a weekend getaway in New York State is the six million acre Adirondack Park. 6 Million Acres IPA, with firm bitterness, citrusy and earthy flavor, and a smooth finish, is a West Coast-style IPA that’s rugged but also surprisingly mellow. Whether you’re on the trail, relaxing by the campfire, or just at home dreaming up your next adventure, this beer won’t let you down. 7.0% ABV.

Here’s a first look at some of our new tap room food that we’re serving up right now!

Nashville Pizza – Bechamel base, Nashville hot maple chicken, mozzarella cheese, pickles.

Apple Brie Melt (Vegetarian!) – Cinnamon baked apples, brie cheese, arugula on grilled sourdough.

Pulled Pork Sandwich – Slow smoked pulled pork, Excavator BBQ sauce, coleslaw, served on toasted Costanzo roll.

Vegan Stuffed Peppers (Vegan!) – Twin bell peppers stuffed with wild rice & black bean corn relish, served over roasted red pepper marinara with garlic toast.

Fried Cheese Curds (Vegetarian!) – Garlic breaded cheese curds served with marinara.

Sundried Tomato Tortellini (Vegetarian!) – Ricotta cheese stuffed tortellini, spinach, onions, cherry tomatoes tossed in sundried tomato pesto cream sauce.

We’ve also REVAMPED our PIZZA menu to include new offerings like Cup and Char Classic Pepperoni, Margherita, and Tuscan!

And – for gluten sensitive guests, we’ve also added on the ability to sub a GF roll for any sandwich, or sub a Cauliflower crust for any pizza!

This beer contains all the hoppy goodness you’ve come to expect from our flagship IPA with a fresh tropical pineapple burst in the aroma and finish.

HAZY INDIA PALE ALE

When you’re ready to get outside and see the sights, this beer makes a perfect companion. (Unfortunately though, this beer will probably cost you more than a quarter.) Brewed with Cryo Mosaic and Strata hops, this hazy IPA is full of papaya, honeydew, and mandarin orange flavor with a medium body and a smooth finish.

6.7% ABV

It’s like this, and like that, and like this, and uh… WEST COAST BURNER DROPS FRIDAY!

West Coast Burner is just as bold and citrusy as our flagship American IPA with an extra kick of grapefruit, pine, and an even more bitter yet clean finish. Have one, then just chill, ‘til the next episode… 7.2% ABV.

LITTLE WAVES LAGER is our first lager available in 6-packs and the beer that is replacing Low Bridge Golden Ale. Brewed for calm, relaxing days without a lot of turbulence, this classic, crisp and clean Helles lager is balanced with light bready malt character and floral hop flavor. 5.0% ABV. Available now!

More on replacing Low Bridge: All good things must come to an end. We’ve been making Low Bridge Golden Ale since we first opened and it will always hold a special place in our hearts, but it’s time for a change. We will miss Low Bridge Golden Ale, but we think you’ll LOVE Little Waves. It checks all the same boxes, but in a crisper, cleaner style that goes down just as easy (maybe even easier).
