Aqueduct Double Barrel 2025: This Double Barreled version of our bourbon barrel aged imperial stout was aged first in a Hartman’s Distilling bourbon barrel from Buffalo, NY before being transferred to a barrel previously holding coconut rum. The result infuses our rich and roasty stout with hints of coconut, vanilla, and oak. 11.0% ABV (bottles and draft)

Aqueduct Estate 2025: This special “Estate” version of our barrel aged imperial stout was aged in a single Willett Estate bourbon barrel before bottling by hand. The result provides strong bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla flavor to our rich and roasty stout. 11.0% ABV (bottles and draft)

Aqueduct Peerless 2025: This Peerless version of our barrel aged imperial stout was aged in a single Kentucky Peerless bourbon barrel before bottling by hand. The result blends extremely smooth flavors of marshmallow and Baker’s chocolate into our rich and roasty stout. 11.0% ABV (bottles and draft)

Old Widow Jane 2025: This small batch of English-style old ale was aged in a Widow Jane rye whiskey barrel. In addition to the characteristic rich malt flavor, this ale also features extremely complex flavors including oak, tobacco, and spicy rye. 9.5% ABV (bottles and draft)

Mudlarked Nutella Stuffed French Toast: This imperial stout, thick and dark as mud, is a wonderful winter treat. Brewed with 9 different malts, milk sugar, cocoa nibs, and flavored with hazelnut, maple syrup and cinnamon, enjoy this beer when you’re ready to settle down for a while. 10.0% ABV (cans and draft)

Mudlarked Chocolate Raspberry: The same Mudlarked base flavored with raspberries and even more chocolate. 10.0% ABV (cans and draft)

StraightEdge Turtle: This Non-Alcoholic dark brew starts with deep roasty and malty flavors layered with caramel, chocolate and pecan flavors making it sweet, nutty and all around delicious.< 0.5% ABV (draft only)

Peanut Butter Biscotti Stout: Our Peanut Butter Cookie Stout aged with Colombia coffee from The Bean Bastard coffee roasters from Buffalo, NY. 6.0% ABV (draft only)

Banana Nut Muffin Brown Ale: Banana, cinnamon, and brown sugar blend with chocolate and toasted nut malt flavors for a warm, bakery-inspired brown ale. 5.8% ABV (draft only)

Plus a very exciting collab! Stoneyard S’More The Merrier! – Pastry Stout brewed with chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow, & peanut butter – Brewed in collaboration with friends from 19 other breweries, we combined the classic trio of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker with rich peanut butter to lay down over a lightly-roasty base. The result is a rich, decadent stout highlights sweet treats & friendship. 6.7% ABV (cans and draft)

Ice Cream Collaboration with Lake Effect! – This ice cream is a collaboration with our Lockport neighbors from Lake Effect; they made this ice cream with our Mudlarked Nutella Stuffed French Toast Imperial Stout. They blended their decedent ice cream with vanilla, maple, and cinnamon, then packed it with big chunks of chocolate Nutella cookies. This is VERY LIMITED!

Available in ice cream sandwiches at both locations, the ice cream can also be purchased in pints to go to serve with Thanksgiving dessert!
