Line Cook – Lockport Tap Room

Big Ditch Brewing Company is currently seeking Line Cooks for our Lockport tap room.

Pay range: $17 – $22 / hour

Duties:

Preparation of food in a high-volume kitchen
Operation of standard commercial kitchen equipment
Follow recipes and plate food with proper presentation
Monitor stock and advise when product restock is needed
Basic knife skills
Understanding of basic food safety

Qualifications:

Works well under pressure. Must be organized and self-motivated.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ensures high quality food standards at all times
Must prepare food cleanly and maintain excellent personal hygiene
Excellent communication skills
Must work well in a team environment
Arrive at work on time properly prepared for shift
No specific experience or higher education is required. Training will be provided for this position.
