VANILLA OATMEAL STOUT
Our winter seasonal is roasty and reminiscent of coffee from its use of roasted barley, while the addition of substantial amounts of oatmeal ensures a full-bodied brew. At packaging, we add a precise amount of vanilla, which is extracted in-house using only the finest Grade A Mexican vanilla beans.
MALT: 2-ROW, FLAKED OATS, CRYSTAL, CHOCOLATE MALT, ROASTED BARLEY
Fall Black is made with German and American malts and hops and brewed with California Common yeast. Despite it's dark color, it is surprisingly light on the palate. It features a subtle roast character, smooth bready malts, and slightly spicy hops.

INDIA RED ALE
Our spring seasonal, Galaxy Red is a super juicy India Red Ale loaded with late kettle and dry hop additions of tropical Galaxy Hops, from Australia. The result is a malty-sweet beer with pineapple, mango and papaya flavors. Yum!

DRY-HOPPED SOUR KOLSCH
A boat that was nearly too large for the Erie Canal was known as a "squeezer". This beer squeezes a lot of complex flavor into such an easy drinking beverage. We combine simple pilsner malt, kolsch yeast and substantial amounts of Hallertau Blanc hops at the end of the boil. We then sour the beer in the kettle with lactobacillus, then add more Hallertau Blanc dry hops. The result is a beer with interesting white grape aroma and flavor that remains extremely refreshing due to the clean, tart finish.
HOPS: Hallertau Blanc
This IPA is brewed using classical American hops - Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial - which lend an earthy grapefruit flavor and assertive bitterness to the beer. The hops are balanced by a strong malt base, giving it a deep ruby color. We then aged the beer on cedar to help dry out the beer and add some light wood complexity. A nice, classic IPA to ease you into Autumn - enjoy!

FC (FANTASTICALLY CRUSHABLE)
SESSION WHEAT IPA
This beer was brewed in collaboration with FC Buffalo, Buffalo's professional soccer team. The beer is an extremely light and crisp summer beer, late hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops, which results in a beer with irresistible aroma and flavor of pineapples and oranges. This "Fantastically Crushable" beer is truly For Our City.

This beer is brewed with local apple cider, cinnamon, allspice, and local malts. Its aroma will remind you of fall. Upon sipping you will taste spice, a rich malty base and a subtle tangy apple finish. The hops add just enough bitterness to keep this spiced fruit beer very much a beer.

Make me wanna stout
We brewed this beer specifically for football Sundays in Western New York! This coffee and cream stout is brewed with Revolution coffee beans from Public Espresso. Besides the rich coffee flavor, this beer features a light roast from the roasted barley used, a light sweet finish from the milk sugar used, and a creamy body from the oatmeal used. Let's Go Buffalo!

Fresh Baked is our winter ale brewed with chocolate malt, English brown malt, and oats that have been oven toasted right at our brewery. The beer is then finished with subtle touches of cinnamon and vanilla bean, yielding a toasty, lightly sweet, lightly spiced brown ale reminiscent of fresh baked oatmeal cookies. Yum!
