About Private Events
Our Tap Room has three distinct spaces available for events of all occasions and sizes. We have hosted rehearsal dinners, reunions, corporate events & meetings, birthday parties, showers, fundraisers and more. We take pride in hosting quality, unique events that you and your guests will remember for years to come.
We offer a variety of packages from appetizer stations to full buffet dinners with hand passed appetizers, custom desserts, and beer tasting packages. Special packages for lunches and meetings are also available.

Event Spaces
The Beer Hall
Our Beer Hall is our large private space on the main floor of the Tap Room which features our impressive custom mural, a twelve tap bar, and private bathrooms. In good weather, there are three garage doors that open to a private enclosed patio on Ellicott Street. The room has full A/V capabilities including a wireless microphone, separate audio, and the ability to project to the 90″ and 70″ televisions in the room. For seated dinners, the Beer Hall accommodates up to 65 or 125+ for cocktail style parties. For larger seated events, special accommodations can be made – please inquire for more details. This room is ideal for rehearsal dinners to corporate events and everything in between.

Brewer's Lounge
The Brewer’s Lounge is a semi-private area located on the second floor of the tap room. It is great for informal happy hours or parties as it features a fireplace seating area with dining tables & chairs along with cocktail tables, a shuffleboard table, two dart boards, and a 65″ TV. It’s a unique and interactive space perfect for casual affairs. The space would be roped off for your group and accommodates up to 40 guests with mixed seating at cocktail tables & dining tables.
On certain nights, the Brewer’s Lounge can be combined with the loft bar and dining space to accommodate groups of up to 100 guests.

The Canal Room
Tucked behind the hustle and bustle of the loft bar and dining space is our private meeting and event room. The room accommodates 17 for board room meetings, 22 for a seated dinner, 30 for cocktail receptions and 30 in theater style seating. As a meeting space, the room features an 80″ television which can be used for presentations as well as conference phone capabilities and wifi. As an event space, it’s great for intimate receptions, small happy hours, corporate lunches and dinners, or wedding and baby showers.
*Please note: the second floor of the Tap Room [including the Brewer’s Lounge and Canal Room] is not wheelchair accessible.

- 22 guests – Seated Dinner
- 30 guests – Cocktail Receptions or Theater-Style Seating
Entire Tap Room
We offer our entire two-floor Tap Room space for full-day rentals year-round. For a wedding reception, we can accommodate up to 160 guests seated or up to 300 guests for a cocktail-style event. Seating for ceremonies in the Tap Room are customized to your requirements; our private events team can provide more information about ceremony seating. When you reserve the entire Tap Room for your wedding, you are reserved ample time both for the wedding and any additional time needed for set up and decoration.

Rental Information
The use of our private event spaces does not require a room rental fee. Instead, there are food and beverage minimum purchase requirements for each space. This is the minimum a group must spend on their menu, prior to tax and gratuity, to hold their wedding in one of our spaces. Any food, beverages, or other items purchased through Big Ditch Brewing Company will be applied to this minimum. Should the minimum not be reached during your event, a room fee will be added to the final bill to fulfill the minimum. Events that exceed the standard rental times may require additional fees or increased food & beverage minimums. To learn more about availability, pricing and packages, please contact us!
